Salt is currently representing one of our Key Clients, a Leading International Manufacturing Company, who have asked us to source for a Services Account Director to join their Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships associated with an industry-leading provider’s aftersales offerings.
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and overseeing sales and margin optimization within the designated territory.
- Act as the primary contact for customer service and aftersales activities.
- Enhance the sales and profitability of the company’s Services offerings, tailoring the regional services strategy to the specific territory, and executing action plans.
- Optimize customer production lines to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and report non-conformities related to the performance of the company’s products, taking charge of the issue resolution process.
- Introduce new Services products that provide value to customers and contribute to the company’s profitability.
- Effectively sell and negotiate the company’s Services portfolio, adhering to company rules and processes.
- Strategically plan customer interactions, visits, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate, analyze, and report market and competitor information, providing forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
- Take charge of leading a team and developing the necessary competencies for success.
