I am working with a leading technology business here in the UAE who are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their team on a 3-month initial contract.

The successful candidate will be a key player in driving data-driven decision-making processes within their business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will shape their strategies and contribute significantly to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or project-based environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business process modelling and documentation.
• Experience with business analysis software/tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
