This strategic role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage and expand enterprise relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring seamless adoption and optimisation of cloud solutions.
- Lead solution design and architecture discussions, aligning cloud services with business needs.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of cloud services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and address customer challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Managed Services, with at least 5 years in a customer success role.
- Expertise in at least one major public cloud platform-Azure, AWS, or GCP (certifications preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS: VMs, Storage, Networking, SAP on Cloud) or cloud applications (PaaS, Serverless, Containers, CI/CD).
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud security, Windows/Linux operating systems, and Active Directory.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to influence and drive results.
