We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive engagement, retention, and growth for our clients in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our customers maximize the value of our cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
✅ Drive adoption and usage of cloud solutions to ensure business success
✅ Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams
✅ Proactively address customer challenges and provide strategic solutions
✅ Deliver insights and best practices to optimize cloud operations
✅ Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
Who You Are
✔️ Experience in customer success, account management, or cloud consulting
✔️ Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
✔️ Ability to engage with C-level executives and technical teams
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔️ Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
