Dynamics CRM Manager

My client is a renowned leader in delivering innovative technology solutions to businesses across the Middle East. With this, they are looking for a Dynamics CRM Manager to lead their efforts in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in CRM strategy, customization, and integration and will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and driving operational efficiency.

Essential skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related
• 5+ years of CRM 2013/2015/2016, D365 CE modules such as Sales/Marketing/Service/Field Services and CRM Portal
• Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience
• Professional CRM certification
• Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks, simultaneously.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Azure technologies like API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps development is advantageous.

Nice To Have:

• Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints
• Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#
• Proven knowledge in one or more of the following: Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL, SSIS.
• Telecommunications and Telco-Operator Services industry experience is a plus.

3 month initial contract – with extensions
