Our client, is an integrated media and advertising agency with expertise in creating complete brand experiences with planning, strategy and creativity. They are now continuing to expand in Saudi Arabia and are looking to hire an experience Strategic Partnerships Manager to be on the ground full time in Saudi
The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the agency and implementation of the business development plan & execution, which includes prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up. This person is responsible for moving prospects through the sales funnel until they eventually convert into revenue generating customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify industry verticals and players in each vertical that we should approach
- Identify key advertising seasons amongst the various industry sectors and plan new business objectives accordingly
- Be up to speed with relevant newsworthy information across the industry verticals such as new developments in hospitality, real estate, entertainment new school/university, start- ups in healthcare, new RFP’s floating/government tenders) and act on/share this information with team members based in Dubai
- In-charge of registering the business on extensive client tender/procurement databases across Saudi Arabia to ensure that we receive future RFPs
- Responding to RFPs and submitting tender responses
- Establishing new business relationships and identifying key decision makers
- Maintaining close relationships with these key decision makers and have an in-depth understanding of the business and marketing challenges faced by them
- Identify independent social media, creative and PR agencies in this region and approach them for media buying alliances
- To identify and develop media solutions/opportunities for prospective clients to elevate interest levels
- Communicate seasonal packages or publisher specific offerings to database of relevant prospective clients
- Network to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities; meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network
- Ensure data is accurately entered into agency’s CRM (Client’s Information, current status, forecasts and actuals)
- Craft custom outreach materials/communications for potential clients
- Work with internal agency teams to identify marketable agency work – to enter into awards or to formulate effective case studies for future clients
- Fine tune case studies working with the creative/media/social leads on projects
- Key liaison with Saudi based industry titles
- Work closely with the Line Manager to establish goals, achieve quarterly and annual revenue and gross margin targets
- Responsible for achieving set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Frequent travel within KSA and working out of the UAE when required
- Must be fluent in Arabic
