I am working with a leading technology business here in the UAE who are currently seeking an Oracle Fusion Implementation Specialist to join their team on a 3-month initial contract.

As an Oracle Fusion Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Fusion applications to meet their business needs. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, combined with your analytical skills, will be instrumental in ensuring successful implementations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion applications tailored to meet client needs.
• Lead and participate in the implementation and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules.
• Conduct system testing, ensuring solutions are error-free and meet specifications.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion updates and best practices, incorporating them into implementations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion applications with existing systems.
• Document implementation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, or CX.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and integration capabilities.
• Oracle Fusion certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
