Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

3-month initial contract – with extension

I am working with a huge consultancy who are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Expert to join them on an initial 3-month contract.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, customizations, and support for their clients. You will work closely with their clients to understand their HR and business requirements, providing expert guidance and delivering tailored Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing.
• Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Providing expertise in modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, and others within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite.
• Designing and implementing custom reports, workflows, and interfaces to meet client needs.
• Providing training and support to end-users and clients’ internal teams.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Fusion HCM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
• Staying updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features, releases, and best practices to provide the most relevant solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, configurations, and customizations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and their integration points.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
