Power Apps Developer – Onsite

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PowerApps Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools. As a PowerApps Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications to improve productivity and streamline processes .

Key Responsibilities:

• PowerApps Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using PowerApps.
• Customize existing apps and solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Integrate PowerApps with other systems like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing PowerApps applications.
• Power Automate:
• Design and develop workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes.
• Create and manage automated workflows to integrate PowerApps with other systems and applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of automated workflows to ensure smooth business operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
• Strong proficiency in creating and maintaining PowerApps apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
• Knowledge of data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and Dataverse.
• Experience with integration techniques (REST APIs, Web Services, Custom Connectors).
• Strong experience in using Power Automate to create workflows and automate business processes.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles for developing user-friendly applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams and clients.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative while adhering to team standards and practices.
• Experience:
• 6-7 years of experience in developing and implementing business solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
• Prior experience in an offshore development environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
