PowerBI Designer

I am working with a Big 4 Consultancy who are looking onboard a skilled PowerBI Designer who will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and a passion for delivering impactful reports and dashboards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design PowerBI solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create cohesive datasets for analysis.
• Optimize and streamline data visualization processes to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of data visualizations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on PowerBI features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PowerBI Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Proficient in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of databases, data warehouses, and data extraction methods.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in PowerBI or related fields is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• years of relevant experience in PowerBI design and implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and other relevant data analysis languages.
