Technology Delivery Lead

As a Technology Delivery Lead you will be responsible for the delivery and quality of a Digital Factory, including identifying digital use cases, assessing their impact, estimating, planning, and implementing them.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology solutions of the Digital Factory
• Lead the delivery of the Digital Factory, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures

Key skills:

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience managing multiple technology projects & programs.
• Experience in delivering complex Digital and IT engagements in the Middle East region
• Strong experience in delivery and client management
• Excellent communication skills – Arabic preferable
• Strong presentation skills to different audiences including Senior leadership and executives
