The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a category defining software company that is transforming how global enterprises handle complex legal, operational, and compliance workflows. With AI at its core, the platform empowers organizations to streamline processes, reduce risk, and increase efficiency.

As they scale their strategic ecosystem, we’re hiring a Partnership Manager to own and grow mission critical partner relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the partner strategy within a fast moving tech company that operates at the forefront of innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and deepen assigned partnerships, serving as the key contact for day to day collaboration and coordination

  • Align partner and internal sales teams around joint account strategies and co sell opportunities

  • Track partner driven pipeline, identify blockers, and partner with cross functional teams to keep momentum

  • Lead onboarding and enablement efforts, ensuring strong understanding of the value proposition and product capabilities

  • Collaborate on joint go to market activities such as campaigns, events, and webinars

  • Measure and report partner performance across CRM and internal systems

  • Facilitate regular reviews and check ins to surface feedback and identify new growth areas

  • Route partner requests to internal teams for technical, deal support, or operational needs

  • Share insights with the global alliances team to evolve the partner model and identify whitespace opportunities

Strategic Impact

  • Contribute to partner segmentation and prioritization efforts

  • Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and GTM teams

  • Identify new areas for solution collaboration or joint value packaging

  • Support annual and quarterly planning with analysis of ecosystem impact and trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances

  • Proven ability to manage and scale partner relationships

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercially driven, strategic, and highly organized

  • Experience working cross functionally in dynamic, fast paced environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)

Preferred Experience

  • Background in SaaS, B2B technology, or LegalTech (strong plus)

  • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures

  • Passion for building value driven partnerships that drive innovation and growth
