Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to create a thriving, high-performing culture.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts.
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Leverage HR analytics to measure impact and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR team.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Data-driven, with experience using HRIS systems.
