Marketing Manager

I have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a Global Company with offices based in East Rand/Centurion Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience within a similar role.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales team with regards to the setting of targets and pricing strategies. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the management of the approved marketing budget, creative, communications and digital suppliers, and will play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage a variety of organic and paid marketing activities such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, brand management, graphic design, newsletters and performance analysis.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Develop strategies and tactics and oversee all marketing campaigns for the company in South Africa and Africa.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and/or communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in other African territories will be advantageous.
