About the company

We are a UK based property company with over 20 years of experience, specialising in quick house sales, property auctions and online estate agency services. Our services include a buy any house option, online property auctions and a 28 day estate agency service.

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Superstar to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, building rapport and guiding them through the sales process. You will handle leads promptly, including out-of-hours communications, and ensure that clients are directed to the best sales route for their needs (cash sales, auctions or estate agency). You will also be responsible for negotiating and securing sales outcomes, conducting online property valuations and coordinating with office management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual with at least two years of experience in sales, ideally in estate agency or property buying/auctions. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be able to thrive under pressure. A property-related degree is a bonus, but not essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for clients, building strong rapport.
  • Handle leads promptly, including out-of-hours communications
  • Negotiate and secure win-win sales outcomes
  • Conduct online property valuations and coordinate with office management
  • Develop strategic partnerships to grow the business
  • Consistently exceed sales targets

Key skills

  • Exceptional spoken and written English (preferably native level)
  • Proven sales background, ideally in estate agency or property buying/auctions, with at least 2 years of experience preferred
  • Hardworking, conscientious, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Strong problem solving skills and adept at handling objections
  • Empathetic and understanding of complex, personal situations
  • Excellent time management and proactive attitude
  • Experience in UK property valuations (residential/commercial) is desirable
  • Knowledge of key property investment principles (trading, buy to let, development)

Benefits

  • Basic salary of R230,000 p.a with OTE of R370,000 p.a
  • Remote working (during UK business hours)
  • Initial contract-based probation period before transitioning to a full-time role
