The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Owner to lead the execution of the product roadmap. This role connects technology, UX, and business strategy, working closely with engineers and leadership to build a seamless, impactful platform. A technical background is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and leadership teams to drive development.
• Manage product lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze user engagement metrics to refine product strategy.
• Stay updated on technologies and contribute to technical discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management within a tech-driven company.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and product lifecycles.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience working with UX/UI teams to optimize user experience.
• Passion for fundraising, social impact, or nonprofit technology is a plus.
