Senior Native HANA Developer

Currently recruiting for 2 Senior Native HANA Developers to join my client to lead cutting-edge projects that shape the future of business intelligence. We’re looking for Senior Native HANA Developers who thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimise HANA Calculation Views and SAP BW Queries for top-tier projects.
• Create PowerBI dashboards, integrating seamlessly with Native HANA for high-performance data insights.
• Work closely with teams to collect, analyze, and deliver data from SAP ERP systems.
• Implement best practices in Native HANA Modelling, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
• Provide performance optimisation for HANA views, SAP BW queries, and PowerBI reports.
• Mentor and up-skill the internal team, transferring knowledge and building a robust Data Analytics CoE.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise in Native HANA & SAP BW/4HANA Modelling.
• Hands-on experience delivering successful Native HANA and BW/4HANA projects with measurable business impact.
• Performance optimisation experience for complex calculation views and large datasets.
• PowerBI proficiency, with demonstrated experience in creating visualisations and optimising performance for large data sets.
• Certifications in HANA (BW/4HANA certification is a bonus!).
• Strong skills in data integration and managing seamless access across systems.
• Ability to document and present solutions, while adhering to change management processes.
