About the Role / Company
This global iconic digital company & with over 20,000 employees & growing with leading innovative technology software and service platforms. A rare opportunity opening for a HR generalist to join the team for a contract (may extend to other opportunities). You will be valued employee with partnering with this greater business.
Reporting to the Employer Experience Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible as a key contributor to this shared service function to APAC. New Global policies are being rolled out across the company so you will be involved with volume case management enquiries.
We are looking for a graduate or entry level HR professional who want to kick start their career.
Responsibilities
- Partnering key leadership teams across APAC with all areas stated above.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on broad range of important People Resources & Issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service response through exceptional communication skills.
- Supportive through administering queries and providing solutions.
- Assist with employee experience with teams to develop talent and retention.
Skills and Experience
You will be a qualified & or experienced HR advisor (at least 1 year experience) who had got strong engagement & comfortable working with providing solutions & solving problems for various stakeholders. Great understanding of basic Hr principles, shared service environment, and strong computer skills is required.
