This is you?
1. Experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of diverse Culture, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development strategies and programs.
2. Demonstrated superior conceptual, analytical thinking and research skills and experience with complex data analysis. Role Description Associate Director, Organisation Development
3. Demonstrated high level skills and extensive experience in project and/or program management and evaluation.
4. Highly developed organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
5. High level of learning agility and the ability to apply new concepts to a changing environment
6. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, leadership, computer, presentation and stakeholder management skills
7. Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
