Senior Strategy Business Leader

A rare fulltime opportunity for an experienced Senior Management Consultant (or Senior Business Strategy Specialist), has been introduced through this exciting time of change management, new infrastructure, mergers and acquisition, business improvements, strategy & intelligence, planning and implementation for future growth!

Reporting to the GM (Australia), you will be part of the inclusive management team and responsible as a key contributor to the business growth & future strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive & develop long-term strategy, leveraging a breadth of knowledge to develop long term plans, formulating new strategic frameworks as needed.
• Leverage substantial expertise and experience in designing and implementing actionable business strategies, analysing new and emerging trends to build an in-depth understanding of these issues and evaluating their impact on the future.
• Provide input into decision making with the broader team to drive the development and articulation of a clear strategic direction, keeping in mind the evolving dynamics of the industry.
• Collaborate with and present to multiple stakeholders, including peer group and senior executives, seeking support, direction and buy-in to generate solutions to complex problems and/or remove organisational barriers as required.
• Facilitate decision making around strategic priorities and how to allocate capital to these priorities, culminating in the creation of the annual corporate plan.
• Prepare decision making materials for the CEO, their leadership team and the Board (e.g. papers, workshops and war games) to drive senior engagement and draw out insights to achieve strategic objectives.

Skills and Experience

You will be a qualified & experienced Senior Consultant with Management Consultant Business from the Big 4 or specialist businesses with management consultancy across large scale global organisations with business intelligence.

You will have strong engagement & comfortable working with senior management teams with strong business acumen. Understand the different challenges when introducing new strategy.
