Full-Stack Developer – Ruby On Rails

We’re looking for a full stack developer with strong skills with Ruby on Rails to join their Sydney team and work towards providing solutions that allow businesses to prioritise their most precious resource – their employees.

Essential Functions

• Design-build and maintain good quality Ruby code
• Integration of user-facing elements
• Fix issue and bugs
• Maintain product to ensure that our clients receive the best solutions
  and our product remains stand and competitive
• Work with deployment teams, resolve level issues for systems, coordinate on product design.
• Efficiently work and collaborate with the engineering and product teams.
• Interact closely with other developers and support in a team environment to resolve defects and clarify business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial experience with Ruby, Roby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec, Sidekiq, and Grape
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Understanding basic concepts of a high volume of data
• A knack for writing clean readable Ruby code
• GIT, Github
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Ability to work with the unstructured codebase
