Network Administrator

We’re looking for a Gateway/Network Administrator to join the business in the Security Operations Team. This team is dedicated to safeguarding network infrastructure, data, and services, with a core focus on maintaining the security and integrity of systems and customer information.

Please note all candidates must hold a minimum of a Baseline AGSVA security clearance to be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Engage in and/or actively contribute to the design and third-level operational support of a sophisticated Secure Network environment encompassing routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.

* Offer guidance to Level 2 personnel in the daily operations of the network and gateway team.

* Undertake intricate investigations as needed to bolster customer service requests and maintenance efforts.

* Deliver and/or develop technical training sessions, updates, or briefings to staff to ensure a comprehensive grasp of processes and procedures.

* Craft process documentation to elucidate the functioning of networks, infrastructure, products, and services.

* Contribute to and uphold technical documentation.

* Extend support to other segments of the organization as required on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

* Minimum Baseline AGSVA security clearance.

* Adeptness in applying rigorous logic and methodologies to tackle challenging problems, delivering effective solutions.

* Track record of surpassing objectives, consistently achieving top-tier performance.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build constructive and impactful relationships with diverse individuals.

* Holds substantial expertise in firewall and network support.

* Demonstrated proficiency with CISCO Routing, Netscaler, and UCS/Blade technologies.
