PM – Investment Management

We are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking financial institution committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions in the world of investment management. We are seeking an experienced Project Managers with exposure in Investment Management to join our team and lead the transformation of our investment management processes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in change management, business analysis, and project management to spearhead the implementation of a new investment management platform within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial institutions, specifically in the investment management sector, and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a seamless transition to the new investment management platform.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Uplift knowledge and expertise within the organization through training and mentorship.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, and other relevant institutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.

• Proven experience in implementing investment management platforms.
• Strong change management skills, with a track record of leading successful organizational transitions.
• Exceptional business analysis and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the investment management industry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
