Salt have partnered with a Global Automotive organisation based in Melbourne CBD, who is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of their digital teams on an initial 6-month contract which is due to start ASAP.

The Role

As the Senior Business Analyst, your role will:

• Analyse Business requirements working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Work with cross multi-disciplinary and functional teams.
• Lead, identify, define and document detailed business requirements and functional content features needed to meet requirements.
• Performing detailed GAP analysis.
• Facilitate meetings with to gather, document and explore potential solutions.
• The liaison officer working at all levels of the business, ensuring technical specification is translated into business functionality.

Skills and Experience:

The successful Senior Business Analyst should have the following skillset:

• Strong experience working as a Business Analysis or in a similar position.
• Previous experience working across major Digital Transformation projects.
• Ability to liaise with high level business and technical stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Superb communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels (up to C-level).
• Background of working in conjunction with both technical and business teams.
• Experience in analysis and documentation of business requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, identify, define and document detailed business requirements and functional content features needed to meet requirements.
• Prior experience in business analysis, and business process modelling mythologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with ability to innovate.
