Support Consultant – Healthcare Software & Disability

Seeking a support consultant to come and work with complex health software systems in the Home Care and Disability sector across Perth metro areas.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

  • Perth based – 12-Month FTC / $70,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
  • Great Australian company working with healthcare software
  • Industry experience in Home Care and Disability care.

THE ROLE:

In this role you will be focusing on working with healthcare software, however, this is more of a functional role, (Not Technical).

You will be answering client questions and queries and you will have world class customer service skills, so your communication is key for this role.

You will be a strong problem solver and will be dealing with data sets and other teams to rectify any problems.

Liaising with the Dev and Testing teams, you will be a vital part to resolve any issues for the clientele in the Home Care and Disability sector.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients who have application support queries by answering calls and responding to support cases and emails for a Healthcare provider.
  • Log all queries received and resolve them in line with our support Service Level Agreement and agreed KPI’s.
  • Liaise with various other teams and team members (i.e. Senior Support, Product & Development Teams, Implementation teams) to resolve issues.
  • Follow through on escalated cases, and elicit responses where required.
  • Identify client training requirements and challenges and work with the Account Management team to resolve these.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with deployment of releases and service packs
  • Experience in supporting large and complex application-based software systems (preferably health related).
  • Experience with a case management system (ticketing system).
  • Extensive experience with supporting customer-based end users.
  • Experience with SQL and the writing and executing of scripts would be great, not essential.
  • Experience with the use of technology to deploy updates to software.
  • Experience with Time management and scheduling.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products. Strong understanding of community or disability business fundamentals, staff rostering and government funding requirements.
  • Relevant IT, business analysis and training certifications / degrees.
