Salt have partnered with a revolutionary business that is changing the face of tech recruitment. This ambitious business operates in UK, and US and needs an Influencer Marketing Manager to help with global expansion. You’ll be building brand awareness, attracting new candidates and businesses, and creating a highly engaged community of tech specialists.

I’m looking for an influencer marketing professional who has experience in the B2B space. You’ll be a confident professional who is at manager level or ready to own their own space.

The Role:

· Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy for the US and European market.

· Use social media platforms and knowledge of industry specialists to identify people of influence.

· Reach out to and manage relationships with influencers, and industry specialists.

· Negotiate on contracts and budgets

· Create brief and ensure relevant content is created by the Influencer.

· Manage influencer relationship, including reporting, comms, and payment.

· Analyse campaign performance and use findings to inform future decision making.

· Make recommendations of how to improve on performance.

· Stay up to date with industry knowledge and be seen as an expert in your area.

The Ideal Person:

· 3-5 years in influencer marketing

· A B2B Tech background

· Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.

· Budget management.

· Highly knowledgeable with LinkedIn and YouTube.

· Experience with Salesforce communities a major plus.

· Ambitious, and eager to work in a business where they can make a direct impact.
