My client is a global giant in the Asian FMCG industry, they are a household name in kitchens all over the world. They are very fast-paced and operate with a scale-up mentality as they are looking to increase their presence across Europe.

In this role, you will sit within the sales team, consisting of 7 people, and report to the EU Sales Head, whilst collaborating closely with the marketing division. You will be responsible for creating and implementing food service and trade marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and ultimately lead to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver a marketing strategy for the food service division for the European regions with the aim of driving brand awareness.
• Establish and conduct food service trade shows, events and demonstrations.
• Implement specific food service campaigns, defining the campaign KPIs and measuring the performance against these.
• Manage the food service marketing collateral, ensuring the right tone of voice in product catalogues and marketing literature.
• Identify opportunities for growth through trends in the food service industry, and assist with ideas for product development with the NPD team.
• Analyse competitor’s performance in the market to help identify the brand’s strengths and weaknesses.

Key Skills:

• Strong food service marketing background
• Experience working for a well-known FMCG brand
• Excellent English language skills with European language skills are beneficial.
