Product Leader – Leading Ecommerce business

My client is a market leader in their space and over 1,500 employees globally. This role is based in the heart of Manchester where You will be working alongside a world-class team building products used by millions

You will report directly into the CPO & lead several product teams as well as working on high level strategy, innovation of new product opportunities with high performance leading to extensive opportunities for progression. In terms of scale, there are 32 product people in the business.

Desired skills and experience

• Have 5+ years’ experience as a senior product owner/ Head of Product/ Product Director
• Experience working on B2C products
• Experience delivering high transactional & successful, user-focused products
• Strong experience working on native mobile apps (IOS and Android)
• Strong communication skills – Being able to communicate product vision & strategy to team members and high level stakeholders
• Commercially aware with a strategic mindset whilst being able to identify business opportunities
• Excellent organisational skills, simultaneously being able to manage and deliver multiple products and projects
• Highly data driven who loves to solve problems
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and able to communicate to colleagues at all levels
• Passion for UX
• Highly motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude
