This tier one bank has been building out and integrating its digital FX transactions Product function into the wider personal and corporate banking function. The goal is to allow the millions of global customers to have access to their standalone live trading platform across web and mobile.

The team and process are now established meaning it’s an innovative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will come in and manage a cross functional team made up of engineers, UX/UI, BA’s and QA’s. The role is to embed this transactional product into the wider business working closely with the web and mobile product teams.

The ideal candidate will have an FS background with preferably experience in payments. If however you have a good understanding of wider product management ang a lot of gravitas, we care keen to meet you.

The role

• Lead cross functional team to deliver Digital FX product
• Be part of Global product initiative, collaborating across multiple roadmaps
• Support product roadmap for emerging and existing markets
• Manage product backlog
• Provide vision and direction to Product team
• Manage senior stakeholder across collaborating teams and departments
• Build products that consumers will love with a focus on usability*
• Mentor junior Product managers

Requirements

• Experience in end to end Product management/ownership
• Solid Agile understanding
• Strong commercial understanding
• Deep understanding of web/mobile usability
• Analytic skills and always striving to utilise data
• Gravitas and stakeholder management

Nice to have

• FS background with preferably Payments or FX experience
• Experience in building new FS product
