ServiceNow CSM Architect

I am currently partnered with a technology consultancy who are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join one of their end clients on a exciting and on-going project around the implementation and rollout of the ServiceNow CSM module

The role is Inside IR35 and paying £Market Rate DOE

The ServiceNow CSM Architect should have experience on designing solutions for CSM Module. Should also have expertise is building solutions for 3rd party interfaces with ServiceNow.

* Responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements

* Provides expertise in technical knowledge, methodology and framework, data integration and data flows, ServiceNow Architecture, and software development and coding.

* Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager

* Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project”

* Review detailed functional design document to match customer requirements

* Co-team with the Developers to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.

* Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation.

* Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client’s ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.

* Identifies solutions and formulates implementation and migration strategies.

* Manage workload of an offshore development team. Provide functional guidance in their day-to-day activities. Advise them on following best practices and industry standards.

* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow. Advise customers/users on workflow design.

* Define and document the ServiceNow design / design components required to deliver the functional requirements as communicated by the customer

* Gain agreement on the technical aspects of the proposed solution with internal customer(s)

* Lead scoping activities in support of release planning, resulting in release cost and schedule estimation

* Define the data migration strategy and approach, and support the teams as they clean, align, migrate and augment the data

* Define the test strategy, including mandatory functional test components, and work as part of the program and internal customer team to configure the testing environment and identify and resolve issues that come out of testing

* Support the creation of training materials

* With the program manager, control technical scope and scope change to ensure a smooth development and delivery of the solution

Required Skills

* 7+ years’ experience with ServiceNow Implementation

* 6+ years of ServiceNow experience

* At least 3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow CSM projects

* Should have implemented 2 complex CSM projects

* Highly proficient across the breadth of ITIL practices.

* Having experience on Agile methodology

* Experience as leader of successful ServiceNow implementation engagements, including designing the solution, delivering configurations and data initialization.

* 7+ years’ experience with ServiceNow Implementation,

* ServiceNow Customer Service Management Certified

* Understanding of Network, Server, Security and on prem/cloud environment technology,

* Strong communications skills.
