For the past few months, I have been working very closely with a design-first transformation director to assist in the growth and evolution of his design team. The team is coming together brilliantly and are all exceptionally talented. This is a dynamic, challenging, complex and no-dawdle environment. Yet, it is also a rewarding, friendly, supportive and exciting environment.

The client in question are embarking on a multi-year service transformation programme to reinvent the experience for its customers, people and partners. This programme is in the early phase of mobilisation, and we’re looking for an experienced UX lead-level Architect to play a key role in its delivery.

After 5 years of tech modernisation (and a lot of the hard work out of the way), with migration onto AWS, consolidation of core finance system, new technology architecture and middleware, and build of new cloud-based, microservices platform, we’re in a strong position now to focus on delivering real change into the business. As an agile experience transformation, we’ll be looking to deliver new experiences into the business continually, with the first launch scheduled for early Q3.

The core focus of this role is to take ownership of the logistics application. Audit, navigate, journey and re-optimise. We need someone exceptionally capable as a hands-on UX Architect/Designer. And also, someone who has mentored, owned a workstream and can liaise and navigate a cross-functional landscape of stakeholders.
