Asset Management Specialist

Contract – 12 months

We’re seeking a Content Design Asset Management Specialist to join a leading global technology company in the group behind the creative systems powering some of the world’s most visible digital products.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for auditing, organizing, and optimizing all digital asset workflows and storage systems that support the Content Design and Production teams. You’ll help shape the backbone of creative operations – ensuring assets move seamlessly from concept to delivery while remaining accessible, accurate, and secure.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of digital asset management (DAM) systems
• Define and document workflows, file structures, and taxonomy across teams
• Lead data migration, access permissions, and long-term storage strategies
• Collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Engineering teams to align systems and workflows
• Conduct training and create process documentation for internal teams
• Track and report project status, risks, and overall DAM health

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-4 years of experience building or managing DAM systems
• Strong technical understanding of creative workflows, file types, and metadata
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Wrike, Airtable, Asana, JIRA)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Sketch, and Keynote
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
