The Spirit Education Foundation (SEF) provides more than just scholarships. It offers hope and opportunity to under-resourced high school learners across South Africa. In 2024, we pledged a minimum of R150,000 per year to support the SEF, sponsoring four high school learners for the full duration of their five-year schooling journey. We also fund SEF’s annual Feet4Fees trail run, contributing at least R45,000 each year. Beyond funding, our team is actively involved in the SEF mentorship programme, equipping scholars with the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive in today’s world.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Salt

At Salt, DEI isn’t a checkbox – it’s a core value that shapes who we are and how we work.

We’re committed to building a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. By encouraging our people to bring their full, authentic selves to work, we foster an environment that’s more inclusive, engaged, and innovative.

Diversity of thought, background, and experience strengthens not only our internal culture but also the work we do with clients and candidates. The more we listen, learn, and lead with empathy, the more we help businesses build teams where everyone feels a sense of belonging and where innovation thrives.
