I am working alongside a disruptive boutique digital product agency supported by a larger collective with the aim to bolster their ambitious future growth in the digital sector. You will use your experience delivering Digital Innovation and Product Development Strategies to excel in this close-knit team environment.

You will join a dynamic and collaborative team working across the globe to provide strategic advice and support leveraging your digital tech expertise to deliver innovative solutions. Your client relationship building and UX/CX skills will be rewarded with extensive opportunities for project management and mentoring.

A knowledge of the Digital Product and Transformation landscape, creativity, and a passion for deepening existing knowledge is essential to succeed in this specialised role. Furthermore, experiences in Social Media Analytics, E-Commerce, Product Development, Digital Consulting, and UX are must-have requirements.

Role expectations:

• Building a strong relationship with key clients, utilising your marketing expertise to identify and manifest future business development opportunities.
• Conducting high-level client interviews to understand and deliver upon all key requirements.
• Research and analysis to formulate digital strategies.
• Preparation of creative briefs for our creative team comprising UX, design and art directors.
• Project Management across a range of engagements.

Key Requirements

• Digital Product Experience
• Digital Consulting Background
• Very good Excel, PowerPoint, and Oral/Written Communication skills
• Notable UX/CX Experience
