Digital Strategy Consultant – Associate to Partner

I am exclusively supporting an exciting, disruption-focused, digital native, that has recently launched in Munich. The organisation builds impacting partnerships with its clients as a co-collaborator, pushing forwards innovative digital strategies to truly create disruption within an organisation.

They are looking for talented individuals who possess the right mix of data-driven strategy skills, a digital-first mindset, and a powerful entrepreneurial drive.

Having already grown extensively in Germany since their launch last year, they are looking to triple their growth this year again, bringing in individuals at all levels from Associate to Partner. Successful applicants will come in and take up an immediate hands-on role within the business, delivering on key projects and helping guide and manage new talent coming in, whilst being a thought leader for the company in Germany, and on a global scale.

A successful candidate will have the ability to work across multiple industries, with significant experience working with clients to develop a strategic vision and blueprint.

Individuals should have the following:

• Experience in building strategic projects whilst being able to utilise unique ideas/ways of thinking
• Worked directly with C-level to help them understand the importance of disruption.
• A keen interest in Digital, Data Analytics, Innovation, Customer Experience, etc.
• Fluency in German
• MA from a top University. (MBA preferred)
