Job Description: This firm is seeking a talented and driven Transaction Advisory/Deal Advisory Consultant – Director to join this team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in their decision-making process during mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and other complex transactions. As a trusted advisor, you will provide critical insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to support clients in evaluating potential deals and maximizing their value.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to assess the financial health and viability of potential transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, highlighting key findings, risks, and opportunities, to support clients in their decision-making process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, deal structures, and strategic recommendations that align with client objectives.
• Provide expert advice on transaction-related matters, including valuation, financial modeling, negotiation strategies, and post-transaction integration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and delivering exceptional client service.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• MUST have consulting experience in transaction advisory, deal advisory, investment banking, private equity, or related fields preferably at MBB or Big 4.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and interpret market trends.
• In-depth knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, financial valuation, and deal structuring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
