I am currently representing an exciting boutique digital strategy consultancy as they continue their impressive growth after launching in the UK. They provide top-tier digital strategy direction to their clients, specializing in commercial due diligence and digitization.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the consultancy’s growth and impact in the UK market, with a clear progression path.

The successful Director will have a strong expertise in either CDD or digital strategy for clients across various industries.

For this role we are looking for candidates from a strong consulting background with experience in a top tier strategy firm.

Role Expectations

• Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of commercial due diligence engagements, or digital strategies ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific business challenges and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the consultancy in the UK.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on digital strategy or commercial due diligence.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital strategy or diligence projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
