Exciting opportunity within the recently launched transaction advisory team of a global digital consultancy

I am currently representing a digital/technology first management consultancy that is looking to build out it’s recently launched transaction advisory practice in the UK. The organisation is harnessing its impressive expertise in digital/technology to add increased value to the M&A industry.

This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of the transaction advisory teams growth as it continues to disrupt the market with it’s unique approach and culture.

The successful Engagement Manager will have a strong expertise in Technology Due Diligence, able to define and execute tech due diligence strategies for clients across various industries.

For this role we are looking for candidates from a strong consulting background.

Role Expectations

• Oversee the end-to-end process of technology due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific business challenges and objectives.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions and investments, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within consulting.
• Strong understanding of technology/IT due diligence processes and methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex diligence projects.
