Exciting opportunity to join a growing M&A consultancy, supporting PE firms around technology/digital.

I am currently supporting a leading consultancy as they grow out their independent M&A advisory practice. They are currently seeking an experienced Manager with a background/expertise in technology.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, supporting helping clients navigate complex deals and achieve their strategic goals.

Successful candidates will be able to lead technology due diligence engagements, as well as winning and developing relationships with key accounts.

I am looking for top performing individuals with the following background:

• Strong experience in M&A advisory role
• Hands-on experience with technology, and an expertise or understanding of due diligence
• Experience of working with Private Equity clients and with CxO level client stakeholders
• Ability to commercialise business and drive growth.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
