Managing Director – Retail & Consumer Goods

My client is a global digital leader in the strategy, innovation, and transformation space. They have a long history of advising clients and supporting businesses with significant change, from strategy to execution, totally focused on results.

I am looking for an executive leader who can help shape the future of their client’s business and reinvent what they look like from the inside out and the outside in. You should be able to define, design, and deliver capabilities around customer service, digital strategy, and business transformation that shape an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Managing Director of Retail & Consumer Goods will be as follows:

• Inspire clients on optimizing engagement strategies across all channels
• Deep expertise and relationships in the Retail sector
• A strong understanding of the disruptive players in the sector and how others can utilize their vision to drive transformation
• Help clients develop propositions that deliver this vision
• Identify and shape opportunities in the marketplace
• Experience working for a top tier consulting firm/agency or have deep sector experience from working on end client transformations

The right individual will need to be:

• Highly motivated, with the attitude to work with ambiguity and to step out of your comfort zone
• Proven ability to deliver revenue targets of £multi-million year on year
• Experienced in developing relationships with senior-level client contacts
• Ideally, experience in shaping and composing a team focused within the retail space
• Passionate in designing and delivering an optimized customer experience
• Sensitive to global organizations different styles and demands
