Senior Appointments Consulting
We are looking for a technology expert who currently operates as a consultant to join a leading professional services firm as a senior manager
What will you be doing?
- Managing project teams
- Take ownership of project commercials, from initial fee discussions through to issuing of final invoices
- Proactively develop team members
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initial data gathering to production of a final report/deliverable
Skills and experience
- Experience in technical delivery roles
- Sell-side carve-out support
- Buy-side carve-out due diligence
- Operational due diligence / cost reduction / value creation
- Cost synergy development / synergy reviews
- Integration planning / execution
- You should also have experience of working for companies or looking at targets in the Technology, Media and/or Telecoms sector
