Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire the development of innovative, original, and award-worthy creative work across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. This individual will oversee a talented team of creatives while shaping the strategic and creative direction for a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and direct the creation of impactful, original, and competitive creative campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.
- Partner with Account and Strategy teams to drive business growth and elevate creative output.
- Oversee client presentations and communications, ensuring all work is compelling, clear, and persuasive.
- Collaborate across marketing divisions to support cross-channel initiatives and integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and new business pitches.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in creative development across advertising, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- 5+ years in a senior creative leadership or management role within an agency environment.
- Proven success developing creative for global or high-profile brands, ideally in tech, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives, brand strategy, and budgets.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to sell ideas persuasively.
- Experience providing constructive, actionable feedback that balances creativity with business impact.
- Copywriting experience is considered an asset.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
