Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire the development of innovative, original, and award-worthy creative work across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. This individual will oversee a talented team of creatives while shaping the strategic and creative direction for a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands.


Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and direct the creation of impactful, original, and competitive creative campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.
  • Partner with Account and Strategy teams to drive business growth and elevate creative output.
  • Oversee client presentations and communications, ensuring all work is compelling, clear, and persuasive.
  • Collaborate across marketing divisions to support cross-channel initiatives and integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and new business pitches.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative development across advertising, digital, and integrated campaigns.
  • 5+ years in a senior creative leadership or management role within an agency environment.
  • Proven success developing creative for global or high-profile brands, ideally in tech, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives, brand strategy, and budgets.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to sell ideas persuasively.
  • Experience providing constructive, actionable feedback that balances creativity with business impact.
  • Copywriting experience is considered an asset.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead concept development from idea to execution.
  • Portfolio showcasing innovative, high-impact, award-worthy campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, brand tone, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to balance bold creativity with commercial effectiveness.

Presentation & Persuasion

  • Skilled in presenting and defending creative work to senior stakeholders.
  • Confident contributor to RFPs, pitches, and new business opportunities.

Leadership & Culture Fit

  • Proven track record mentoring and retaining creative talent.
  • Builds a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Leads with empathy, calm authority, and decisiveness.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid client-agency environment.
  • Encourages teamwork, innovation, and creative problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with global electronics or lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on background in art direction or copywriting.
