Job Title: Creative Operations Support Coordinator

Reports to: Creative Operations Manager

Overview:
I am looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Support Coordinator to provide operational support for creative projects for a global beauty brand. This role focuses on project management, budgeting, and coordination, ensuring timely and efficient execution of VM launches, new store openings, remodels, pop-ups, and events. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to track project progress, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to brand and retailer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate key tasks in creative projects (e.g., store construction, VM updates, light box rollouts).
• Support new store openings and events, maintaining schedules and tracking changes.
• Keep the Project Management Tool updated with project status and key milestones.
• Raise and track POs, working closely with finance to manage OPEX and Capex budgets.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to obtain cost estimates and manage documentation.
• Track and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist with VM, asset creation, and event logistics, ensuring all creative projects are executed efficiently.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in operations or project management (not creative-focused) in a retail or brand-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of budgets (Capex/OPEX), project management tools, and retail guidelines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented team player with strong attention to detail.
