Are you a Freelance Administrative/Team Assistant?

Interested in working with one of the world’s largest Global entertainment brands?

Start: Monday 17th March
End: 3 months (very likely 6 months, strong extension potential)
Rate: £325 per day/ £38 per hour or equivalent to £65k salary
Client: Global entertainment brand
IR35: Inside IR35 (client has specified must use an Umbrella, not your Limited Company)
Work set-up: Working 5 days a week: 3 days in-house with 2 days remote per week
Location: Central London

The Role:

Supporting the Senior Director of Consumer Products EMEA, you’ll handle:

General admin expense reports, travel bookings, and managing distribution lists.
High-level communication across global teams (marketing, PR, brand, content).
Diary management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and note-taking.
Preparing presentation decks and on-boarding materials.
Collaborating with assistants across departments.
Organising internal events, training, and off-site.

Your Profile:

A second European language is a plus.
Preferred background in tech, film, or TV.
5+ years as an assistant at the Director+ level.
Flexible with working hours (e.g., evening US calls).
Proficient in G-Suite; experience in large companies.
Strong stakeholder management and discretion with confidential info.
Experience engaging with C-level executives, talent, and external stakeholders.
