Freelance Strategic Program Manager

• Title: Freelance Strategic Program Manager

• Start: Yesterday

• Length: 3 months (rolling every 1/4 – long-term contract)

• Client: Online accounting and business services

• Day rate: £300 per day

• IR35: Inside IR35 (clients specified to invoice through an Umbrella, not your Limited Company)

• Work set-up: Remote (need to be same time-zone as London)

• Location: London

• Brief:

– Commercially focused.

– Support cross-functional teams.

– Driving innovation and maximising customer value.

– Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

– To drive the successful execution of critical strategic initiatives.

– Championing a commercial focus to prioritise program activity.

– Ideally have experience in FinTech and/or Sass, design experience.

– Generate regular reports to provide insights into program performance.

– Track and analyse key program metrics to measure future opportunities.

– Record of managing complex programs + aligning cross-functional teams.

– Define, plan, + execute strategic programs with company product road-map.
