Head of Retail Experience

This pivotal position is responsible for leading and managing the operations and executing the strategic plan for all retail and store environments in the UK.

You’ll manage large budgets and will actively look to reduce costs whilst seeking to innovate and achieve exceptional standards across all retail locations.

About You:

• 10+ years of experience, having worked in a 360° creative-operations/global project management role with a focus on retail creative and store design
• Ideally you will have progressed from a background in retail design, project management or architecture into a senior operational role
• Experience in managing large budgets and teams and handling capital expenditures in terms of both value and phasing
• Have overseen creative output for store environments including new, remodel, refresh, and relocation of all store environments
• You have worked closely with multiple stakeholders including UK Brand teams, Global design, UK Commercial, Finance, Procurement, IT and store operations
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate those around you
