Interested in working with one of the world’s largest Global entertainment brands?

• Start: On or before 27th March 2025
• Duration: 12-months
• Rate: £59 per hour // £472 per day
• Client: Global entertainment brand
• IR35: Inside IR35 (client has specified must use an Umbrella, not your Limited Company)
• Work set-up: Working 5 days a week: 3 days in-house with 2 days remote per week
• Location: Central London

The Role:

Playing a key role in fostering a culture where everyone belongs, you will:

· Join a team of Inclusion Strategy Managers to lead and support inclusion efforts.

· Work closely with HR partners to drive strategic, data-led inclusion initiatives.

· Use demographic & creative data to inform and track inclusion strategies.

· Oversee the delivery of key inclusion programmes.

Your Profile:

You should demonstrate the following experience to be a great fit for this role:

· Significant experience in driving inclusion strategy with HR & Business leaders.

· Proven experience in Data fluency, and analysing large, intersectional data sets.

· A track record of successfully executing inclusion initiatives with measurable outcomes.

· Excellent coaching and influencing skills, alongside facilitation and workshop design experience.
