We are partnered with a Prestigious PR Communication agency who are searching for a Content Production Manager. You will facilitate the development of content production for their clients from scheduling and planning in pre-production, to the management and organisation of content production, and supporting the editing and sign off process in post-production.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and organising content databases. As a 360-degree communications agency, you will work closely with the social media and communications teams to ensure client’s content production requirements are being delivered in-line with strategies.
- Work alongside the Creative Content Director and the Digital Director to align on content strategy and content deliverables.
- Work alongside the content team to develop project plans and production schedules and to write comprehensive briefs for content production suppliers such as photographers, videographers, directors and more.
- Support the procurement of third-party vendors by assessing their suitability, attending meetings, providing verbal briefings and liaising with them regarding contractual deliverables and agreed terms and conditions for content (licensing agreements for example)
- Understand requirements and support the management of vendor logistics for content production in different countries such as but not limited to: Saudi Arabia (ie. Drone regulations, equipment registration etc.)
- Support the content team in researching and developing a wide network of trusted content providers across the globe Manage this database, keeping it up to date and organised
- Manage creative resources across the team and suppliers.
- Set up and facilitate regular meetings to liaise with vendors, clients and other key stakeholders to align across all stages of content production.
- Work alongside content team to create an assessment matrix to evaluate proposals for suitability across brand alignment, technical specs, scope of work, timings, budget and previous work experience.
- Liaise closely with third party production companies to ensure proper briefing, facilitate logistics, client alignment, adherence to brand guidelines and creative brief, status of deliverables and editing.
- Provide a smooth process across all content production projects that streamline post- production editing rounds, feedback and client sign off.
- Support the content team by providing solutions to streamline.
- Financial planning and analysis including – creating budgets, ensuring they are tracked and maintained, liaising with the finance team and clients to ensure smooth invoicing processes
- Lead the management, maintenance and organisation of shared content banks for clients such as but not limited to: Google Drive, ShareFile, One Drive etc.
- Support the wider team by assessing all content through a lens of brand guardianship
- Research, review and refine processes for scheduling, sign off, content repositories etc.
- Internal training of content team members
