Are you a Freelance Retail Account Manager ready for an exciting opportunity? Join our innovative tech-powered creative group in Central East London. As part of our UK Retail team, you’ll be responsible for crafting and delivering integrated assets and support for our brands and Franchise Retailers.
Role Highlights:
Client Management:
- Build trust with key stakeholders, offering advisory and client support.
- Collaborate with clients and agencies to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Guide Franchise Retailer Marketing Managers in local marketing efforts.
- Present ideas convincingly to drive outstanding advertising.
Creative Development:
- Safeguard brand identity and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure the client’s voice remains prominent while pushing creative boundaries.
- Master the creative process, managing expectations, timelines, and resources.
- Develop an astute eye for creative output, recognizing strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide objective, strategic feedback during creative work reviews.
Operational:
- Manage asset delivery to Retailers and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with Studio teams to ensure on-time, on-brief, and on-budget project completion.
- Work closely with Strategy and Creative teams on larger creative briefs.
- Oversee weekly client status meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
- Attend client-facing meetings as needed, supporting Senior Account Managers/Account Directors during presentations.
- Create and ensure the production of client-facing contact reports from all meetings.
- Write necessary production briefs for copy and studio requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, and SLAs, escalating when needed to mitigate risks.
Candidate Profile:
- Seeking an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive looking to advance.
- Solid creative agency experience is paramount.
- Integrated marketing expertise in Digital, ATL, and BTL, with advertising origination and production experience.
- Disciplined and dependable support to Account Directors and Senior Account Managers while managing individual projects.
- Luxury/automotive/lifestyle advertising experience is a plus.
- Numerically astute with strong financial management skills, budget tracking experience.
- A confident presenter skilled in articulating ideas with conviction.
- Decisive problem solver with sound technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Apple software packages (including Microsoft for Mac), especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote.
