Senior Conceptual Designer

This is an opportunity: to join a pioneering brand design agency who are paving the way in ‘connected brand experiences’ for some of the world’s biggest names in FMCG.

The role involves: developing new and forward-thinking ideas, establishing compelling consumer engagement journeys to deliver ground-breaking concepts and campaigns which excite and surprise audiences.

We are looking for: a strong integrated senior designer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of developing campaign and brand experience concepts and content with a passion for design, innovation and trends.

About the role:

• Drive innovative, inspired thinking and idea-based concept work to challenge expectations
• Deliver world-first campaign ideas incorporating evolving technologies and user experiences by staying close to future trends and insights
• Think laterally to tease out original ideas which capture the brand essence
• Take ownership, responsibility and accountability of client projects
• Briefing developers, tech partners, illustrators, lettering artists and general suppliers, art directing photo-shoots
• Support junior members of the team to understand their role, brief and assignment deliverables
• Construct clear and convincing presentations for internal and client purposes
• Help identify opportunities and communicate these to the relevant channels

About you:

• Fluent in the use of relevant design software
• Sound technical knowledge across all print production and digital channels and
• formats including web build, mobile, social platforms, etc
• Strong time and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build team management and mentoring skills
